At Faranherbals Pvt Ltd, customer satisfaction is our top priority. This policy explains the conditions under which returns, replacements, and refunds are accepted.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return if:
The product is damaged during delivery
The product is defective or expired
You received a wrong product
The product is missing items
⏱️ Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
2. Items Not Eligible for Return
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:
Opened or used herbal / ayurvedic products
Products without original packaging
Products damaged due to misuse
Products returned after the return window
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

4. Refund Policy
Once your return is approved:
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
The amount will be credited to the original payment method
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the mistake is from our side
5. Replacement Policy
Instead of a refund, you may choose a replacement if:
The product is damaged
You received the wrong item
Replacements will be shipped at no extra cost.
6. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible — only return/replacement applies
7. Exchange Policy
Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges.
You may return the product (if eligible) and place a new order.
